Role: Lead Traffic

Location: Bangalore

🎯 What Success Looks Like in This Role

Own projects end to end with high ownership, leading cross-functional teams

Leverage data analytics to identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations in large datasets.

Build business dashboards on Databricks and business intelligence tools like Tableau

Design and conduct A/B experiments to measure business impact of initiatives

Build and execute user growth strategies by using data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Build forecasting models to predict user growth

Identify new growth opportunities and scalable levers

Prepare high-impact presentations for senior management

Use first principles to identify and solve business problems

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

Tier 1 acads: graduates with upto 2 years of experience in business analytics or post-graduates with upto 1 year of experience in analytics

Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving

Advanced analytical skills and deep comfort with metrics and data analysis & reporting

Experience working closely with Product and Data teams

Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact

Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving

Experience in B2C retention and engagement in a high-growth startup or digital-first company is a plus

Experience with tools like Clevertap and Mixpanel is a plus

AI automation experience is a plus
